You need to do some research my little opinioned one! Quaker parrots are illegal in SOME states, yes. Such is ABSOLUTLY NOT the case in my state. Besides, the fact that I am military means regardless of which state I live in I obtain original residency in my home state. The military bases are not considered to be a part of a city therefore as long as my birdie remains on the base I am fine. Regardless, they are PERFECTLY legal in my state, you know why? I bought her here. Thanks for your concern though, how thoughtful!
