your quaker is going through the adolescent stage of its life [were temper tantrums are common ]but it also sounds as if it has become sexually bonded to your boy friend and she hates you because she wants him [this happens fairly often ] but it needs to be fixed quickly their are all kinds of great sources on the web that will give you tips on how to fix this just go to ask.com and put in Quaker parrots and you'll get some great web sites to help but 1 kind of expensive way to fix this problem is to buy a male and put them together.
