Who`s in charge?

I don`t think my Quaker Parrot hates me? But I don`t know what he/she is up to? I call her she? But I`m not sure? Anyways...She has been biting me ALOT! And she has been constantly pulling her perch out and putting it through the bars of her cage and going around the outside and carrying it over the top and bringing it back through the door! Over and over and over!!!! And if she drops it on the floor she has a complete fit! It`s like she is addicted to this perch! I even took it away. But she made me feel sorry for her. And now has it back. And she has lots of toys. But she wants to tear everything up!
She chewed her top perch in half. She hates for me to put my hand in her cage! But then on the other hand she wants to sit on my shoulder and then she will bite my neck! But when it comes to eating people food she has to be right there to eat! And how sweet she can be. I don`t trust her anymore. I have gotten to where I`m picking her up with a towel and holding her trying to rub her belly hoping she will get the idea who`s in charge! Is that helping or hindering us? She quit whisteling and talking. She just mumbles now. Why? I know I`ve been working alot of hours, and she don`t like it. What do I do???? HELP ME! I want my sweet little Quaker back!
