Hi, I live there and it took some adjusting but I like it. I am on the
third floor in a one bedroom. Included in the rent is heat, water, a/c
and electric. You pay for cable and phone if you want it.
My apt. does have one not so thick wall but it was only a problem when I
was hanging pictures. The heat and a/c are small units like in a hotel
room but they work well. I don't really have any complaints but this is
my first apt.
They seem to keep the building well maintained which I like.
Let me know if you have any more questions. Also it is a quiet building
which is nice.
