Roommate, pet sitter, and rent too!

Hi everyone,
I have a wonderful situation right now where I live in a beautiful townhouse with inexpensive rent on the condition that I take care of the owner's 2 little dogs since she travels frequently. I also have my own pet sitting business in the Edgewater area. Ideally, I would love to find another arrangement like this...perhaps someone who would like to have a dog, but never got one because of travel, or long work days. I would be willing to live in your apartment/house, you would have full pet care every day of the week, with the only request of slightly reduced rent. I'm extremely responsible and reliable and have many, many references for you. You're also always able to speak with my current roommate. By the way, she's leaving in August to get married...that's the reason for my search, so August would be ideal. I'm 31, single, no kids, Christian, and the most honest, trustworthy person you could meet. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
