Thak you so much for responding. My boyfriend and I are relocating for Los Angeles (although I am originally from south jersey) and have narrowed our search down to Fort Lee and Hoboken. Coming from alot of space here we think the Fort Lee area will suit us best for the first year at least (got to get used to city living!) As far as The Palisades go, we are flying in over the weekend to look at the building and tour some other places in Hoboken. We have apartment 610 in the plaza reserved wtih a deposit. That was the only two bedroom left. The tenant sent us tons of picture and the view seems nice and itappears very clean. But we will see. If you reads this message i hope you don't mind answering a few more questions. Since we are in the plaza, how guarded are our elevators? Do our guest have to come through the main lobby? And if you commute to manhhattan, what is the best way to go in to the city?
