You would think when people spend over 500,000 on a house (you can only find condos for 400,000) would keep up thier properties nicely. With some people moving in thier houses and property stay the same. While others they renovate thier land/house. I find the majority of asians do take pride and fix up thier homes.

Hey who mentioned blacks? I never mentioned any race. It takes all kinds in this day and age. Yes, a majority is asians, it is not about minority or majority it is where a person feels comfortable people and location wise.

I work with all races and there is bad and good in all. It is a shame how this post even got started years ago. I rather have a nieghbor who took care of thier house and property REGARDLESS of thier race. Location...location.
