looking for a small office space

I am looking for a small office space to be used part time in Fort Lee. I don't need very much room - about 50 to 100 sq feet, so most of the "office suites" in the area that I have looked at are too much and offer services I don't need. My budget is around $300 a month. Any info will be appreciated.
