need advice for buying an apartment in fort lee

I am currently looking for an one bedroom apartment to buy. I have noticed that so many apartments are put for sale in the mediterannean buildings. Does anybody know any problem with those building? Their price looks attactive compared to others.
Does anybody know halfmoon building? Is it good?
