The "Monument"Park

Does anyone know if the park that I used to refer to as the "Monument" is still there? I Think it's across the street from Winston Towers and the streets are (maybe) Parker Ave and Palisade Ave?
I used to play there a lot when I was a kid pretending to shoot those guns and trying to grab the foot of one of thoses guys climbing those big old boulders!!
