I knew a Philip Burns that lived in Edgewater with is parents. His mom's name was Helen (deceased) and also a sister Helen. If he's the same Philip, his moms sister Kate Windecker (deceased was good friens with my mom. And if he's the same I remember him getting into a lot of trouble as a youngster. I haven't been in touch with any of his cousins. If he is the same Philip so sorry to hear that he passed on. When his father died, his mother married her brother-in-law, Fred Windecker who's wife deceased at a young age. (42). That was Kate, my mothers friend. I can't even remember what he looked like. How old would he be? The guy I'm talking about would be in his late 50's, early 60's.
