I am a NYC resident and seriously looking at Linwood. At first I was skeptical of the area compared to Fort Lee proper. However I think it is not so bad compared to other areas I have looked, such as downtown Jersey City, Queens, and Brooklyn. For the money and the high standards of low crime and friendliness in the area, a modest, modern, and clean apartment in Linwood is a good bargain for even this cynical New Yorker.
