Palisades weren't renting that well so they sold the building. the new owners are appearantly selling the units off as condos. I seen a few one bedrooms...and most have a problem with the floors leaning in one direction. I also began to notice lots of cracks along the ceilings.
Appearantly the condos are not selling that well, and price has gone down slightly from feb to now (may 17th)
They are asking 430k for a 1bd with 1/2 view of the GW bride. i'm ready to offer about 360...of course assumption being the building will not fall over.
Please let me know if you have any advise! thanks in advance...
