[Gen. Discussion] want to buy Linwood Park studio

I will be in Ft Lee for two days to look for a studio to purchase in Linwood Park.
I'm looking for a permanent residence - not to rent - not to sublet - not to flip - just a place to live.
I meet the 3 to 1 ratio and can supply all required docs without a problem.
I'll be there Mon aug 22 and Tues aug 23 only.
I prefer a low floor with a bright exposure if possible.
If you know anyone who is thinking of selling please let me know.
