[Quality of Life] Apartment in Fort Lee

Hi,
I am looking for an apartment in the Fort Lee area - a one bedroom, and I have 2 cats. Does anyone have any pointers/suggestions? I will be commuting to Columbia U daily, and will also probably have a car.
I was saw an ad at the Presidential apartment building - does anyone know anything about that building?
