I think it would be far better for your son, being so young, to be home with his Mom or Dad after school get's out. I recently saw a report on the news that stated a child that is seperated form his or her mother for more than 30 hours a week is likely to have very serious emotional side affects later in life. Your child that you brought into this world should be your priority. No job or career could ever be more important. You chose to have a child and should do what is best for him or her. There is no reason why your child should have to be cared for by someone else when the school day is over, and certainly not on snow days.I am sure you are a wonderful mother when you are there, but if you think that leaving your child to be raised and influenced by other adults the majority of the time is an ok thing, you are seriously kidding yourself. Think about it.
