I'm sorry if it sounded like I was downing Fort Lee. Could & would never do that. I still call that "home". My mother did the same thing. She moved here to Florida with us but still called Fort Lee "home".
I remember a Fort Lee lifeguard. Was he any relation to Mr. Birch, who worked for the Madonna Cememtery, who's son Billy was killed at the Riviera Motel on Rte. 4? Or are they one and the same? Would like to hear from you.
