You seem to know your facts, but I'm going to have to disagree. Letting your kids roam around any city is not smart. Maybe there are no EXTREMELY dangerous slums, but there are bad places. There is at least 1 murder and 3 rapes a year in Fort Lee, I've done my research. Everyone else I talk to who's been through Fort Lee is aware of bad places, so no one on this board either knows what they're talking about or they just want to pretend it is "a perfect little town", stop trying, because the only person you're lying to is yourself. I do not lie. I'm the reporter, don't get mad at the reporter for reporting the news. Fort Lee is known to have tough streets. So tough, often people forget it has nice places, and I always feel myself telling people "well yes, Fort Lee has bad places but it is a very nice city"...there is absolutely no shame in a place having ghettos, stop trying to cover it up.
