Hi this is for RodS. What kind of research did you do when you were looking at Horizon House? Can one get a copy of the financials and the prices at which co-op units sold in the last year or two? Also do any of you know how financially sound Briarcliff is? What about Summit house? I've heard that Summit house had a fire a few years back and the bldg is not as sound.
