[Gen. Discussion] HELP

I am traveling to New York City for several days but am reluctant to drive into the city. Does it make sense to park in Fort Lee and use public transportation into the city? If so, would anybody have a suggestion for a parking garage close to a bus line to NYC?
I know this is an idle question but I would appreciate any information at all.
