While the school shouldn't have called your home to ask you to take your child home without following the due process in the website your posted, I am curious as to why you did not follow the instructions that were provided to re-register your child? Obviously there are a number of kids in town schools who are there under false pretenses, and it certainly makes sense to me that the schools do what they can to discover who these kids are and remove them.
