Hello,

I am thinking of purchasing an investment property in Fort Lee that is very close to Linwood Park. Does anybody know what it is like? Even though I am not planning on purchasing an aprtment in the building, the house I plan on purchasing is about a block away. I have heard a lot of bad things about the complex. Are they true? Do the police get called there often? Thanks for the help everyone.

I recently drove past the building, and while it may not look as nice as some of the newer luxury high rises, it did not look that bad.
