Peter, Its very interesting you say that, cause I had looked at Plateau gardens a few times before I settled on Linwood, but I found the people at Plateau to be very cold and indifferent to new people. I don't know if its a racial thing per se, (I'm italian/irish) but no one wanted to talk to me and one person had asked if I was moving in by myself and asked if I was a noisy person and party person (I am in my 30's but look in my 20's). I was shocked. I didn't feel that it was very multi cultural at all. Owners at Linwood were much more open to talking to me and you can clearly see the different backgrounds of people who live there. I refused to look at anymore places there after that.
