Kerry, you seem to be very involved with the goings on at Linwood. I am in the process of buying a place there, My lawyer says the financials could be better. I too am concerned that my maintenance fee would be raised frequently if the financials don't get better. If you could inform me what is happening with this lawsuit I would greatly appreciate it. Also if you know how many times the maintenance has gone up recently? Thank you
