[Gen. Discussion] Linwood Maitenence

Linwood Park share holders received a letter today that they re-financed their mortgage and as of now, there will be no increase in maitenence for 2 years, unless any unforseen circumstances occur. (Which I would assume this horrible fuel crisis the whole country is going through). I know someone asked about the maitenece. But because of this new re- finance, they have more money to do mass improvements. More letters coming soon.
