KR, thanks for the update. It's nice to see the Linwood board make moves to contain the cost of servicing the underlying mortgage for the coop's property. Too bad Fort Lee's elected officials spend money like drunken sailors (no offense to anyone who has ever been affiliated with the US Navy or Cost Guard) because Linwood residents along with everyone else in Fort Lee will continue to see their housing costs rise as our taxes are increased.
