Yes, they said that with the extra money they have improvements will be made.
As for taxes, they are up all over the place. My mom lives in Passaic Park, and has a 2 bedroom condo and her taxes just went up AGAIN!! She is paying over $4,000...mind you, this isn't a new building at all, its a 1920's building, beautiful..but not new or any amenities at all. The tax situation is just horrible in the whole state.
