I'm sorry, but I have never lived in a coop before. I'm not a bird. LOL. Ok, ok, I know what you mean, I'm just having a little fun. I have lived in a co-op before. The price varies greatly based on your apartment's appraised value and the building. You will obvivously pay less if yout building has a full time security guard. My suggestion is to just compare prices. A lot of the car insurance companies you see advertise on television also sell home owner's insurance so just give them a call.
