FLO would like to welcome PALISADES FITNESS & WELLNESS CENTER to our virtual online community. PF&WC can help you improve your health, appearance, performance, and energy level with medically-engineered programs that you won’t find in a typical gym or health club.
The Center is a partnership between Palisades Medical Center - New York Presbyterian Healthcare System and Kessler Institute for Rehabilitation.
PF&WC offers programs for beginners, teens, seniors, experienced fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and patients with special medical conditions. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Keep an eye out for the Center's web site, which will be launched later this week. Let them know you saw them on Fort Lee Online!
