plateau gardens allow asians in, but the board and management do discriminate. they make sure asians follow the rules will strictly while white people can get away with more things. For example, once an asian family moves in, they check your place for carpeting, etc. An asian family had a washer/dryer in their unit but was forced to move remove them. A white family also had a washer/dryer but management did nothing about it.
Also, I noticed that all asian people living in Plateau Gardens have hardly any decorations in their front yard (because they were asked to remove them), while white people have their units filled with gardens, bird baths, statues, etc.
