[Events/Activities] Ortlip Exhibit in Fort Lee

FOUR GENERATIONS OF ART:
PAUL ORTLIP AND HIS FORT LEE HERITAGE
The Fort Lee Office of Cultural & Heritage Affairs, The Fort Lee Library, the Fort Lee Historical Society, The Fort Lee VFW and the Fort Lee Fire Department sponsor this April 20th through June 17th exhibit.
This is the first Borough wide exhibit honoring the Ortlip family of Fort Lee.
Exhibit locations:
Fort Lee Museum, 1588 Palisade Avenue-hours weekends Noon - 4pm. Museum opening reception April 20th at 7pm.
Fort Lee Library, 320 Main Street, Library exhibit reception April 22 1pm-4pm.
Fort Lee VFW on Center Avenue, exhibit reception April 21 at 7pm.
Join us for a free historic jitney tour on Saturday, April 21 from 1pm - 4pm at the Fort Lee Museum(1588 Palisade Ave.). This tour will highlight the works of the Ortlip family on permanent public display in Fort Lee at the Fort Lee Historic Park Museum, the Fort Lee Museum, Fire Companies #1 and #3, Fort Lee VFW, Fort Lee Library and Borough Hall. PAUL ORTLIP TO APPEAR AT FORT LEE HIGH SCHOOL TO SPEAK TO STUDENT ARTISTS
April 20 Friday
– FORT LEE MUSEUM EXHIBIT RECEPTION (1588 PALISADE A VENUE) / OPENING 7PM
APRIL 21, SATURDAY:
1) JITNEY TOUR OF THE PUBLIC ART WORKS OF PAUL ORTLIP –
1PM – 4PM – START POINT FORT LEE MUSEUM 1588 PALISADE AVENUE – TOUR SITES INCLUDE
THE FORT LEE MUSEUM, THE FORT LEE LIBRARY, THE FORT LEE VFW, BOROUGH HALL AND THE FORT LEE HISTORIC PARK MUSEUM AND FIRE COMPANIES # 1 AND #3 AND THE FORT LEE BOARD OF EDUCATION.
2) VFW / EXHIBIT RECEPTION 7PM
APRIL 22, SUNDAY 2PM-4PM
