I DESPISE BABE'S CAB

I've had nothing but trouble with babe's cabs in the last few months. from coming to pick me up late, never showing up, and a very nasty attitude from one of their male dispatchers...has anyone else experienced this and is there someone (like the ownder) who can be contacted? i am this close to starting a smear campaign against them...but realize that is not the way to handle things. anyone else?
