Bias of all kinds needs to be eliminated. My story is just one case in point and while I understand that many other groups have been discriminated against this particular incident hit my home.
What we need to do as a society is to stop the bias at the root. When we are confronted with it, we should voice our opinion and let that person know that their bias is not acceptable in the business world and refuse to do business with them. Hit them in the pocket and their eyes will open.
Privately...everyone is entitled to their own opinion. This is what this country is all about. Freedom is wonderful thing until it hinders another person's freedom.
