I live in Fort Lee and would like to respond to the Ghetto comment. Linwood apartments area is considered ghetto compared to the rest of the town. It's dark and the buildings are not as glamorous as the Atrium. I tell you what though. It's the cleanest ghetto and crime is null in this ghetto. Like the other guy said. you have to look at it in the day. It's nice in my opinion. You could let your wife walk with out a worry. I consider Fort Lee safe even though we are a stones throw away from NYC. Don't worry about what people say about Linwood. Fort Lee is beautiful and has many faces. You have the prestige of the Palisades Estates, where they are Mansions on the cliffs over looking the river. To the modest Linwood Apts. They all are nice. Fort Lee's so called Ghetto is better than most town's finest areas.
That is my opinion and response to your post. I hope my response eases your concern.
